The UK Grand Priory
The UK Grand Priory of the Order of St. George focuses on raising funds and volunteering activities for the UK services’ charities we support, as well as co-ordinating our work for our good causes in Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
In Scotland, our work is led by our Thistle and Rose Commandery, and the Y Ddraig a George (the Dragon and George) Commandery co-ordinates our activities in Wales. We are currently setting up Commanderies for other parts of the UK and around the world. Please contact us if you would like to set up a local group.
JOINING THE U.K. GRAND PRIORY
Please note that the UK Grand Priory welcomes members from the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Applicants from the Americas are invited to join our Grand Priory of the Americas.
Membership in the Order recognizes and celebrates achievements in the community, whether large or small.
New members normally join the UK Grand Priory at Officer grade. Officers pay an annual subscription, currently set at £50. There is also a one-off adminstration fee of £100.
