 This is the menu for the after investiture banquet on Saturday 27 April 2024.

  • Fragrant Sicilian Aubergine & Fig Caponata
  • Rare Seared Yellow Fin Tuna

Mains

  • Oven roasted corn fed chicken breast, Dauphiniose potatoes, brocolli, Carrot glazed, creamy white wine and tarragon sauce, chicken jus. (Both sauces served on a side)
  • Vegetarian, Vegan and Special Dietary options on request

Dessert

  • Bittersweet Valantha Chocolate Mousse, creme fraiche, crushed Amaretti biscuit
  • Soft orange and extra virgin olive oil cake served with whipped orange blossom and mascarpone cream.
