 Drinks Reception

 Starters 

  • Burrata from Puglia and Datterino tomato salad Provencal style, basil pine nut pesto, toasted sourdough (vegetarian)
  • Tiger Prawn and Scottish smoked salmon, seaweed butter and dill ballotine, toasted soda bread

Mains

  • Oven roasted corn fed chicken breast, Dauphiniose potatoes, brocolli, Carrot glazed, creamy white wine and tarragon sauce, chicken jus. (Both sauces served on a side)
  • Vegetarian, Vegan and Special Dietary options on request

Dessert

  • Bittersweet Valantha Chocolate Mousse, creme fraiche, crushed Amaretti biscuit
  • Soft orange and extra virgin olive oil cake served with whipped orange blossom and mascarpone cream.
