This is the menu for the after investiture banquet on Saturday 13 May 2023.:

- Burrata from Puglia and Datterino tomato salad Provencal style, basil pine nut pesto, toasted sourdough (vegetarian)
- Tiger Prawn and Scottish smoked salmon, seaweed butter and dill ballotine, toasted soda bread
- Oven roasted corn fed chicken breast, Dauphiniose potatoes, brocolli, Carrot glazed, creamy white wine and tarragon sauce, chicken jus. (Both sauces served on a side)
- Vegetarian, Vegan and Special Dietary options on request
- Bittersweet Valantha Chocolate Mousse, creme fraiche, crushed Amaretti biscuit
- Soft orange and extra virgin olive oil cake served with whipped orange blossom and mascarpone cream.
